Stablity ball core + Stairmaster, steady state cardio. My max HR was 172, it’s not translating in the link for some reason. I did mostly cardio today but there isn’t a selection for “Cardio” so I chose “Weight Training”

55 minutes late to the gym again. Good fast, intense workout, abs on the stablity ball (tucks and pikes) Legs & calves then cardio. Very efficent workout. I’ll work on getting to the gym on time next week.

Trained chest and tri’s while jumping rope between sets to keep heart rate up. Ended with 10 minutes of cardio on elliptical. Good high energy workout! Late to the gym again, should be there at 6:00 am!! grrrrr
